Well if it makes any difference for details like that, 16 is a big year for setting the foundation for Show on PS4. The programming team seems up to snuff now and by 17 you will get a pretty advanced and special version of the game if you choose to wait til then. I would assume you will get some type of weather in 17 when they have all that time to devote to polish and details away from the core set.

I know it sucks but weather can be tricky and I am sure they want to get it right.

I'd rather have better play by play than weather effects at this point. The commentary is incredibly stale and really takes away an otherwise awesome game.
