Ok, thanks for the information.

Sounds great. I just wish that Shea was included in the classics. Certainly not a huge deal, though. Maybe it will be added later as a purchase or patch. In any case, it's great to see classic stadiums back.

Re: MLB The Show 16 Twitch Stream - The Little Things (Archive Available)

I didn't get into The Show until 15 on PS4. I tried in the past but my eyes were never good enough for the PS3 quality (I played 2K12 on PC for a while due to this, actually) although I always wanted to because of the realism and SOTS.

That being said I never got into SOTS, I delved into the equivalent on NHL13 quite a bit though.

So my question is, if someone downloads one of the fantastic SOTS sets from OS, how easy is it to import into a roster? Is the process time consuming, to the point of having to go in and mark start points for every sound file and place them on every player/team? Can this be set by the SOTS maker to maximize efficiency? I won't complain if that's the case, just curious how smooth the process is.

Any information would be fantastic, I'm extremely excited for the feature and will no doubt spend alot of time tweaking my experience for the most possible immersion. Loving the direction 16 is going in!

Has PBR been turned on in any of the builds we were watching?

It feels to me like the game looks crisper? Maybe that's just because I hadn't played it since Atlanta turned sour last year.

I've been playing The Show 13 the past 2 days, and i've been downloading SOTS sets from here, and it's not very time consuming.

After you download the set, you just gotta put the team folder on a usb, and connect the usb to your ps3 (now ps4), and copy the files, thats takes hardly any time.

You do however have to go into the music editor and set mark points for every sound file, as there are 3 separate sounds in each piece, for example one sound file would have (team win/team loss/strike out), or three different batter walk up songs, for example (Bautista/Tulo/Donaldson). So you have to set three different mark points for each.

And then yeah, you do have to place them on each player and team yourself. Ultimately it's not too bad, and it's definitely worth the time.

I just did one team, took about 25 minutes for the whole thing.

Awesome, I figured as such. You're absolutely right, it's totally worth the time, especially considering how much time was put into getting the sounds right by the creators. Gotta respect that

Thanks for the answer, Factzzz!

Re: MLB The Show 16 Twitch Stream - The Little Things (Archive Available)

Ok so we have seen 3 different scorebugs being used in these streams so far. Someone said perhaps all 3 will be in the game and it switches based on how the scorebug reflects the real life broadcast for each team. Now I guess that's possible but how would the CPU decide to use the Home or Away teams scorebug? Or perhaps Sony knows some of us are very picky when it comes to these little things like the scorebug and they are giving us a choice for the first time to pick from different scorebugs in the settings? Why I think we are seeing different scorebugs is becasue the game is still a WIP and Sony has not decided yet which scorebug they are going to go with. Personally I think all 3 look pretty good however I am really liking the latest one which is much smaller and compact but still has all the info we need. So If we are only going to have 1 scorebug then I would go with the smaller compact one. But I kind of like the red dots for outs which is missing from the new compact scorebug. I mean I guess showing "1 out" instead of red dots is fine but I would not mind seeing what the compact scorebug with red dots for outs look like.

Also for MLB The Show 17 and the future I would like to see the pitchers and batters name added to the scorebug like in this screenshot from a real baseball broadcast.
