Without the ability to have music on the hard drive, how can they implement it? I know Sony introduced music via usb but that sounds like it would cause hiccups if the game had to constantly read the usb to play a clip.

It's just that from our end, all we're hoping is when it does become available, all they have to do on their end is flip on a switch and we'll be golden.

Sadly, it doesn't quite work that way haha, especially when you're talking "patch work." If it's not in 16 at launch, I doubt it would ever find its way in 16, so now we'll just hope on 17 (meaning that this summer is the year Sony allows MP3 storage & playback).

Something I wish they could do with SOTS in its current state is give us a bunch of generic music/sounds/chants to use. It would allow us to have SOME say over the things we hear in the game.

What is new in this year's game? I don't [care] about new sponsors for cleats.

New presentation, animation, player models, and modes attract new customers and bring back old ones. Sounds like they're 0 for 4 on this front.
