Tokens are actually stupid... But they can give u a little boost in any category... Big Show is big on Power, so I would probably put them on power for the small boost... But it up to u where u wanna use them...

Yeah it's definitely different than mynba...I know you play that quite a bit. Sadly it's not just level one card and then throw in a couple others/wild cards and you get the pro. You have to level each card, and then the stats and ability on each card as well. This might help you understand it better if you're new to supercard...

Of course, no problem! As far as tokens go, think of them kinda like the specializations in mynba. You can make your card stronger in whatever stats you choose by using tokens on those stats.
