The movement offline somehow someway feels heavy laggy and frame drops and stutters happening.

For example whenever you walk the ball half court your team players other than yours run like they are being shot(bullet wise) at in a shooting game, it feels off and then certain animations getting input lag like blocking, stealing etc and then general runing normal running feels like guys glued on the court and then everything backs to normal and what it should be but after a while these stuff occurs again, sometimes they last thru whole game sometimes comes and goes. Sometimes game starts great but in 3rd quarters definitely those issues arrive.

Again it's offline and what you most experience what you think you experience is actually because of the game status offline.

1. Do you guys not notice the input lag or heaviness the player you are controlling has especially when the CPU makes its move to score..?

2. Are y'all casual players, sim and/or have you played any competitive basketball beyond high school?

3. What size tv are you playing on.? I play on a 80" sharp and I figured maybe there was input lag so I went back to my "50 tv and it's the same to me.. And other games like FPS bf4 don't have a tremendous amount of input lag so I've concluded its something built into NBA 2ks coding...

4. If your answer to question# 1 is "yes" then how do you feel the game is playing great if something as important as core movement and reaction time is broken?

The reasons I ask is because there are so many of us who are commenting on this game and I like to get and idea of who I'm listening to or talking to bc a bit of their back ground helps me understand their answers..

1. I do not notice input lag. If it's there, I feel like it's a hyperbole. The players feel heavy, but 2k did try to take things like momentum into consideration. For example, a lot of guys have talked about taking the off ball RS moves out. Over the last week, if you use Turbo and L2 like you would on defense, you actually get more explosive cuts off ball. The key to losing the "heavy" feel is playing and getting used to the foot planting. Foot planting allows for the momentum system, which leads to the sluggish feel. I can't explain the details, but really the Bruce Lee quote: "Don't think; Feel" sums it up.

2. I'm somewhere between. My favorite mode is park, however my understanding of how Basketball is played, why plays work, what multiple branched plays do and how they provide the options they do, and how to read offense/defense are way above a "Casual" player.

3. 55 inch Vizio, on "Gaming Mode", which cuts a lot of lag out (Most new TV have this feature built in). Once again, I don't feel input lag offline. My proactive playstyle allows me to not care if it exists online. The only lag I get is bandwidth issues, causing frame drops, which is my connection and not coding.

4. N/A. I do not feel the core movement is broken, and as such I feel the game plays alright. I have issues(Being able to strip every gather animation or atleast 90% of them, I'm looking at you), but compared to the ridiculous stuff from last year, this game is better. It's still not promoting actual ball, but it does seem like actual basketball has the advantage vs. Cheese.

As for the CPU being cheesy, or hard to deal with....I play the Souls Series/Bloodborne. 2k doesn't even come close in terms of how unforgiving those games are.
