I still don't see any valid complaint about ball looseness. The fix wasn't made to protect the offensive player from turboing into the defense, it was made to fix the DEFENSE turboing into the OFFENSIVE PLAYER. You shouldn't be awarded a possession by simply steamrolling into the ballhandler.

I know most of you who play Park only play 3v3, so a lot of times you don't see the flaw in this. But as someone who plays mostly walk-on and arena Pro-Am, it becomes insanely obvious. Now I'm a very defensive-minded player, but even I have to admit that it was getting ridiculous when I could just turbo into the ballhandler's arms and force him to drop/lose the ball completely, without so much as having to even ATTEMPT a steal.

Have they at least reduced contested shot in the pain success if they felt the need to reduce losing the ball off dribbling on defenders? If not, this patch just made the Thunder even more OP because now Westbrook can fair even better barrelling into the paint because this time there isn't a fear of losing the ball.

I play a TON of ProAm too. My comments earlier in the thread was before XB1 users could get the patch. So I was going by the posts people put up about how they felt towards the live ball physics.

I actually agree with you here and this is exactly what should've been done to level the playing field. In ProAm last night post patch 4, I still noticed turbo over dribbling ball handlers were being punished just like PRE patch 4. I also noticed the shooting was tweaked slightly to make it more difficult to hit contested shots. Last but not least, I witnessed 2 kickball violations called in 1 game. First against defender running into the offense player to bump you and try to pop the ball out of you and second when the ball was loose and someone ran for it kicking it accidentally in the process.

This is all on ProAm and not any other mode. I noticed in MyCareer though that I could turbo into traffic with less consequence; not substantially less, but enough to notice a change. I don't play "Play Now" and the park has become boring and less enjoyable so haven't tried there either.

Its a shame that the drive and kick is even more powerful now, because you HAVE to bring extra help because you can't do anything about guys like Westbrook and Wall just ramming themselves into the D over and over trying to get into the paint

Played a few games. This is based on MyCareer. 3rd quarter comebacks are back in it seems, will need more testing. Fouls are a bit iffy. You get 2 FTs then the CPU goes up the other end and get their own FTs. You hit a 3, they'll hit 1 right back or get an And-One. I got called for a Charge twice driving into the paint from a defender jumping infront of me...

Why can't I pass from the floor? I dived for a loose ball and I couldn't pass, sat there till someone tried to take the ball and got called for a backcourt


This is on SS Sim

Eh...well that's basketball- I don't mind it as much....better than no fear of driving at all..pick your poison at least...

I think that's why they lowered 3 point %'s though
