Fatigue is still an issue. I played some team-up league games last night and you can still play your starter the entire game. It really makes having a team like the Spurs with a nice bench pointless. Really hope one the devs notices this.

It was triangle unless it was changed after the patch

I believe it's underneath the player. It should be a circle. When you hot it start showing red, when you cold it turns to blue.

In a crowd, just like in real basketball, you have to be in a protecting position. Use the LT when you are at the elbow and crowded, until you can make the pass to the open man.
