Does anybody have a solution for fixing auto subs...? Besides manual. KG is playing like 30 minutes a game... Great game after patch btw.

This patch improves the overall experience exponentially. Let me get a few negatives out of the way.

1. Driving the ball to the rim in minimal traffic often results in a unimaginable strip and it just looks wrong.

2. Big men still on D still set up too far under the basket. It is no longer out of bounds, but its near the baseline. The saving grace is it doesn't happen as much.

3. Still some bumping on drives that causes your dribbler to stop in his tracks.

4. When you the end-user set your Dbl teams to auto for post/perimeter the logic is funky. The dbl team comes from the most bizarre places. Example I was on the left corner SG and my teammate PG came from the right corner to Dbl D. Wade. I mean he travel the width of the court, and this happen several times.

5. Getting back on D and the scrambling causes so much confusion that the onslaught of mismatches messes up your D to the inth degree. The one thing that minimizes the confusion when scrambling to get back on D. Is to take control of your center and run him directly under the basket then set him up on his match up.

Finally getting to see the ACE in action on a consistent basis, if you're not paying attention you will miss a lot of small things that make the bigger picture. Case in point, playing as the Warriors vs. Mavericks, Barnes was hot as well as Curry both raining 3's. Curry was raining 3's from the top and Barnes from the corner 3. The D was playing moderate on both in the beginning, but once the assault began after 3 consecutive makes. The ACE/AI decided to double Curry and Deny Barnes This happen simultaneously. I had to go to replay to see the beauty of the decision.

Rotations are great, love the PnR on offense cause my guys are set up in both corners to kicking out to a corner and hearing the crowd say "333333" is fantastic.

There are more likes but I will stop here.

Scott, I was once your biggest critic, now I'm a believer, good job. Your Defense will not allow you to play video games it will make you play basketball, HA.

Nowhere does it say "gameplay patch". And there were things patched that has nothing to do with gameplay.


Are you saying there is gonna be an art update patch? Heck, they updated Rose's look and added his mask without a patch, so can we expect more of that?


I'm to the point where I'd pay 2K extra if they fixed the Bucks court (should be much lighter), road unis (need to be darker), player skin tones (Middleton needs to be darker, Giannis should be lighter like Jabari). And then update some hairstyles.


Honestly tho, I'm super surprised the inability to rotate your guy in the edit sig shot screen wasn't fixed. That's never been an issue in years past, and you need too see the player from the side to get his correct shot down.

I can confirm that stamina is a MAJOR factor now in online games. You absolutely have to use a bench now.

Also, long passes down the sideline on a fastbreak go out of bounds much more often.

I was still able to lock up on-ball with Jimmy Butler, but with worse defenders it was tougher and wasn't the same lockdown D that Jimmy played.

People need to understand that rating matter. Just because a player is 85ovr...his defense might suck, or his ball handling is bad. Thus resulting in blow bys and getting stripped.

It's like, people want realism through players, but at the end of the day only want the result to be determined by what THEY do on the controller.
