I believe that is the case. This patch going to one console first is messed up. It just makes me believe that 2k has an exclusive patch deal with Sony. Sounds crazy but look at what's been going on with patches since 2k15.

The tuned the "set picks" in MyPark, fouls are called now. Hopefully they tuned Pro-Am picks also. As in less are called

Generated rookies also now all have different sig shots, free throw routines and size up moves. Also seeing a lot less European players, and the generated players look a hell of a lot better

Only played a few games with my big. He's maxed out defensively but my controls to try and block are more delayed than ever, and they're just flying through my blocks and dunking anyway.
