I agree for the most part. I think though they get their marching orders from the top and are told that HUT and online play come first and foremost. I also think they work under a limited budget. I highly doubt that they get the finances and resources Madden and FIFA get.

For sure. That being said, the game has not changed much in the past 5-6 years. Most of the new additions have been window dressing while known issues continue to be inherited from one version to the next. Simple things. Easy fixes and yet, there they are. This leads to believe that the game is basically a cookie-cutter. Same recipe, but new sprinkles on top.

My problem with the excuse that they get their order from the top is that "AI logic" is something that the DEVS should have caught or addressed from the start. The guys at the top might say what to concentrate on, but AI Logic is a part of the ground floor for developing this game.

There are way too many AI issues with this game along with numerous other things that need fixed and have needed fixed for many years, but get ignored. The main building block of any sports game is AI.

It's time to stop creating excuses for EA. Unfortunately, there are too many consumers who will continue to buy EA's product even with the year after year glaring issues. And EA knows that...so why fix something we're just going to buy again next year regardless?

My fault. I was looking in my Be A GM file. I'm only 5 games in, so I'll just restart with the latest roster so the jerseys will be there.

Desperate times well I was gonna totally uninstall the game and keep it all offline and do my own rosters but I do coins and cards for a friend so I have to be on daily .

So I will just just delete my profile daily as its playing pretty good with the out of the box tuner gameplay and physics wise so for anyone having similar issues as many have suggested delete your profile and dont download/update the latest tuners which you will now see on the main screen .

Again I agree but that's why I said its a flawed AI. Maybe failed AI would be a better explanation, I think its not that they wont fix it its that they cant....Its unfixable. Your right its been that way fro years and all the patching and tuners fix a few issues but cant fix the core problems. The only way now would be to rebuild it from scratch and that's where the blame goes upstairs because I don't think they will give the resources or funding to do so. Sure the Devs created this AI but its upper management that insists it be kept on life support instead of pulling the plug and starting over. As far as everyone not buying the game, I believe that if sales failed miserably it would not force them to create a better game but rather then pull the plug on the series like EAs MLB series did and NBA for a while. No guarantees someone else steps in and makes a game so it becomes a personal choice for all to have this flawed NHL or none at all. Stinks but it is what it is.

looks I wont get to use the 3rd jerseys. This roster update is missing tons of players still and there is nothing worse then having a guy called, play well, and then not have him in the game. I spent countless hours creating over a hundred guys not in the game and completing each teams AHL roster. I don't have the energy to do it again so I'm S.O.L. on the new jerseys. Will never....and I mean never understand why they stopped using a jersey code instead of stupidly placing it in a roster update. Like the lack of tuner choice mystery, it goes unanswered...

I still have a glitch where I can't change my Ultimate Team's jersey. The Home jersey won't change no matter what I set it to. Anybody else have this problem?
