I'm guessing the change just allows us to download a tuner from the main menu instead of going online again....

Ok, sorry, must be my newness to the series on PS4, I still don't get it. So, if I choose 1.00 I'm always choosing the stock tuner, right? And this request when installing the update is about whether to keep the original tuner or get a new one?
