You can do that if you enhancement ranging from rare through ultra rare but you will have to clear as much off of the board before advancing to the next tier before you run out of time with the enhancement

It might or you have to use enchantments. I still have about 1500 games before my diva reward and I might wait till the new tier comes out which will probably be in a week or 2
