I keep trying to get used to it, but I just can't get past the fact that every player plays on-ball defense like they're Tony Allen. It's like the defender moves exactly when you do...like they know where you're going before you do.


I'm playing with the Hawks (controlling Teague), and I had Otto Porter and Jared Dudley switched on me a few times. They stuck on me like white on rice! I should not have to use dribble move after dribble move to get past guys. Especially guys who aren't good defenders.


And when I do get past a defender, I cannot stand the magnetic sucking that goes on. Just when I think I'm past my defender (and even on a fast break), the defender sucks me in, and bumps me, stopping me from driving. That would be a foul every time in the NBA.


I was excited when I heard 2K16 was gonna have better defense. But this is just a cheap way of doing it.

Preach, I say again Preach. I think you OD on the skin colors of Bucks players but this post I agree with 100%. I am watching Celtics v Knicks and nobody plays D like 2k16, the devs need to find away to get a proper defense set up because this glue defense is extra and not realistic at all.

lower the defensive awareness slider. that fixes the issue. youll get more defensive break downs etc.

great game but I still have yet to figure out how to do on the fly subs and call plays with any consistency. is there a tutorial on this floating around

hey just so everyone knows, I took about 200hrs to construct a legends roster. I worked super hard on this thing. I'm going to be filming a momentous trailer for it this weekend. please search my roster by "content name," and the roster is called "chise." I turned defensive awareness and on-ball defense all the way down to 0, and it does nothing. The on-ball defender still defends like Tony Allen.


This needs a patch, big time.

Did you turn down lateral quickness?
