I like Reigns a lot, don't really know why but Lesnar is probably the better card. Decisions, Decisions.

Can someone please tell me like the bare min for Epic? I wanna see if I should continue working on the stats for my UR pro Stardust right now or hold off until PCC? I know with the Epic from PCC I will make it in. But I want to know if I can make it in before and get my freebie before PCC starts.
