Padres CF -- Travis Jankowski has been in MLB for well over a month and is playing more than Melvin Upton, as a starter. The starting center fielder, is still yet to be on the roster.

Seriously?

Dude is an elite CF. 70-75 grade speed on the 20-80 scale. He has a slap style swing, like Fee Gordon for perspective. In case you know, you need a scouting report. Terrific bunter. Absolutely killed it in the minors from aa-aaa. What else do you need...

And Derek Norris has become one of the better catchers in MLB, especially defensively. Leads the world in CCS (catchers caught sealing) yet his defense is still mediocre.. he's become elite.

Also, Jedd Gyorko since being back from the minors has raked. He's hit 13 of his 16 home runs since his return in limited time and his value went down? Ummm....

He's hitting better than his career peripherals, and at a 260 clip in the send half at short no less and he goes down? Ludicrous.

Tyson Ross has become one of the best SP in the NL. And he's at an 83? He also had a cutter he's used all year.

Sorry man, but if they aren't updated defensive guys like Kevin Keirmaier they aren't upgrading Derek Norris' defensive numbers either. Keep in mind with guys like Gyorko too that they've said they take 3 years worth of stats into account and he hasn't been that great for any amount of considerable time to warrant a big bump. Although Bradley Jr. for Boston has been terrible for two seasons and has finally done well and they bumped him pretty decent. Sometimes it makes no sense what they do and who they want to bump. Frankly, the only thing this stuff is important for is DD mode. You can adjust stats yourself for Franchise and if you're playing online with the Padres then you're playing against other teams who also have players who are underrated. Not to mention, the overall stats don't matter. I've been using Archer for DD all year and when he was an 84 I was still striking out 13+ batters a game and holding people to under two runs nearly every game with him. You're going to have to ride it out like the rest of us this year and hope they pay attention to defensive stats better at the start of next year or plan on your guys being underrated defensively next year as well.

He hasn't turned in his MLBPA paperwork yet. SCEA can't add him until he does so.

Trevor Gott RP LA Angels still stuck at 57 even though he's been a reliable bullpen pitcher all year.
