I went exclusively with his Clippers seasons. I.E. the ones he is presently "failing" with.

But, uh, sure, let's look at the New Orleans years.

Hornets (2006-2011): 11-13 Playoffs (Peak: 56 Wins)
All-Stars: David West

Clippers (2012-2015): 19-25 Playoffs (Peak: 57 Wins)
All-Stars: Blake Griffin

Melo (2007-2015): 22-44 Playoffs (Peak: 54 Wins)
Melo (2004-2015): 24-56 Playoffs
All-Stars: Allen Iverson (2), Chauncey Billups (2), Amare Stoudemire (1), Tyson Chandler (1)

Paul (2006-2015): 30-38 Playoffs (Peak: 57 Wins)
All-Stars: David West (2), Blake Griffin (5)

Melo has escaped the first round twice in his entire career (count LeBron's Finals trips/rings in that span for the LOLS)
Paul has taken the Clippers to the 2nd round three times in four years.

It's really weird how some people still swear by the guy. And with that, time for 2K16

Just because he hasn't won a championship doesn't mean he isn't the best all around PG in the league. Some of yall love to act like a championship isn't a 15 man achievement.

Yooo since this is the type of stuff you care about as well, when you get the chance you mind simulating a season just to see how the sim stats are with the new hof scale? Not gonna have the game tonight haha, only reason im asking

I'm not sure if wires got crossed but I'm only stating that Paul gets love where Melo gets hate. And both have "failed" to accomplish what some fans seem to believe is the only measure of individual talent: getting a ring.

Paul has taken far more talented Clippers teams to the second round and can't get out. Melo has dragged less talented Knicks teams to the first round, only missing the playoffs last year when he was injured and the year before when I think it's the only appropriate time to maybe, possibly, if you want, place blame.

Sure he hasn't been to the second round as often but look at that Knicks team. Now look at Paul's team. It's not even a debate who has a more talented roster. Even as we step closer toward training camps this season, the Clippers are a legit title contender while everyone is just wondering how awful the Knicks will be this year. Again.
