I would believe so since that's in the menu. I think you may regress some each level though because on one stream when he got to college he said felt slower as opposed to HS. That's me speculating though. Maybe it's just because the players are better.

Yea like a 65 in the NBA is an 80 in college and a 95 in high school..

It makes sense to me, just wondering how it's like is all lol.

Doesn't your player in NBA start off as a 55? I know from that screenshot that guy did but maybe that was because he was 6'10? but I wouldnt think that would have a major effect on his overall.
