There were 6 players besides to 2 you mentioned drafted in the first round that played for one of these 10 teams.

Stanley Johnson - Arizona
Miles Turner - Texas
Sam Dekker - Wisconsin

Is 2k allowed to put these players on their college teams though? Old college games weren't allowed to use names of players. I assume they are since the players are in the NBA now but IDK.

Not sure if it's been mentioned in this thread or not but can anyone confirm if we'll be playing with NBA rookies during our college career? like Kaminsky on Wisconsin, Oubre with Kansas, RHJ with Arizona, etc?

One of the streams where the guy was playing with Kansas, clearly showed Oubre. These guys are not amateurs anymore, so they can be put on these teams.
