How hard is it for EA just go back to the way franchise mode was a few years ago? Keep owner mode, get rid of all the other crap and if the game plays like it does on play now we got the best game we've gotten a long time

I'm being sarcastic obviously with the QB percentages but how does this happen?? I shouldn't ask that because I already know the answer. Remember the whisper game when you were like 5 or 6? Whisper a phrase into classmate ear, they then whisper it to someone else, this then continues around the room. The last person then says out loud the phrase, which will be different from when it started. The more people involved the more things get distorted. Apply this to developing a video game and multiple hands involved, you get this kind of stuff.
I think it's much more like, with real time embedded simulations, one thing has so much connectivity to other things, that changing one things actually ends up effected so many other areas of the simulation. It has to be very difficult to balance the gameplay/statistics of a football simulation. I don't see this as a whisper game where something gets constantly reinterpreted. I can see how WR/DB interactions could have an unwanted side effect on QB completion %.

That's what I mean though, I think it really is there. But it becomes so convoluted by all the ratings changes and everything else that just doesn't work properly. I don't think CFM was ready for more stuff like this to be added. It didn't even work well last year and yet they piled more onto it. hopefully this is relevant enough, but as far as tuner goes, and deleting it from the xbox1, can this be done? i have everything saved on an external HD, and just can't rmember being in a situation to see individual files.

.....this coming from a guy who is waiting until the roster update to play cfm post patch....

I'm gonna give offline cfm with no tuner a shot. Can't Sim to see the results, because we're talking about game play issues at qb. Let's see after a few games if the qb is still funky, of if it's like play now.

For the confidence issues, isn't there a way to reset a team's confidence levels in CFM to 50 in online CFM? I thought I read that somewhere.

If so, just reset every team's confidence each week.

There is a confidence reset option for user-controlled teams, but I believe it only moves teams with Confidence below 50 back up to 50, last I heard it does not reset any player's confidence back to 50 if player in question has 50+ Confidence.
