Came to the thread to post my observations and see I'm not alone. Played 3 CFM games not a single QB under 70% completion percentage. Any missed passed were break ups, didn't see on errant throw like before.

This game plays night and day difference between Play Now and CFM. It's so noticeable to anyone who looks, obviously the confidence / drive goals thing is the culprit as many have noted.

Probably not possible for this year but please allow us to turn this off. This isn't Call of Duty or an MMO. I don't need boosts or the next great piece of loot. I don't need the carrot dangling on a stick routine to keep me playing.

I don't know how I feel about this game only being able to enjoy it in Play Now. I'm really hoping they can do something about this.

I had this same exact thought. Test it with and without the patch to see if maybe that makes a difference. No idea if it would... but anything is worth a shot.

In my save, Russell Wilson threw for 3,800 yards in my first season and the Seahawks went 16-0 only to lose in the divisional round, which is strange...

We have human qb slider at 35 and see pleanty of 50-55% completion percentages. If your issue is with CPU qb, maybe try turning slider down to 25, see what happens. We keep our qb slider up intentionally to make it much harder to beat the cpu if you happen to have to play a cpu team which is rare in our league. Just a thought.

Okay, ran offline sim without the tuner. Greg Robinson pass block down to 64 after year 1, bad but not terrible.

After year 2, 39 but ONLY ROBINSON and Oher are under 60.. Rest of league looks normal.

I also checked qb awareness, no major drops at all. Looks normal to an eyeball test.

Again, this is offline, no tuner, default sliders

I think what happened with the LT issue was that they tuned the amount that they regressed so that regression wouldn't be as harsh for the penalties but that wasn't the issue. The issue is the sim stats and LT's giving up absurdly high amounts of sacks which wasn't fixed which is what is leading to these wonky regressions.

Did the patch fix the Injured reserve still counting to the 53?

Not to sound dismissive but I understand that. I simply saying with no slider adjustments at all on All-Pro i was seeing normal percentages and plenty of errant throws in Play Now until yesterday but not in CFM. Now maybe deleting the tuner will fix Play Now but I want to play CFM and the game plays differently.

There is one difference between Play Now and CFM and it's confidence system. Seems to me if it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck well you know the rest,
