BRUH.

Bruno Caboclo is gonna be a defensive beast when I eventually bring him up from the DLeague... after he's developed a bit more.

I hope it all works out in the end. But I will believe it when I see it. Patch 1 will say a lot.

On offense the shooting I think will be different for online because you have to account for lag. I expect the shooting to be slightly tuned easier for online because of that. I just think the days of you playing on the highest difficulty and cheesing the game are done. If you want to cheese the game or you are a casual gamer and put up 50 plus on a regular basis you will have to play on pro or lower depending on how the game is tuned. That is my opinion based listening to what Czar and OG and how they are talking about the game.

I don't know if any dev has talked about it yet but there is more defense being played for the casual gamer as well. The casual gamer or whatever might be more likely to go off ball and protect the rim if they are having a hard time playing on ball defense but they should notice that CPU AI teammates defense is better this year as well their ability to protect the paint.

I just think it will be too much to patch out defense this year.

The current thougt process is this... If you want to score a hundred points per game put it on pro default. We are moving towards allowing the settings to determine the experience.

That is a process that will take multiple cycles but it is how we see the game progressing moving forward.

I always found hof sim to be the most realistic in user vs. User games. On lower levels it was to easy to shoot from the perimeter, and the defense was not strong enough. Is this the case this year?

First of all thanks for addressing my question (again! I was the guy on youtube asking about warriors weave offense and okc offense)

Do you expect the online side of it to be superstar sim by default? Despite such a large casual fan base playing online modes like team up, myteam, proam etc. Essentially funneling people into a more "sim" experience?

I love what you guys are doing. And the fact that this is just year one (in a sense) makes it all the more exciting.

And it's great the online and offline can be altered separately (if I understand what Chris was saying).
