Man tony Parker just made my heart sink, but the game is on a good path, I just hope he's still in the nba to get scanned haha.

Now they are using Pixel Gun Studios which may use a slightly altered system etc. They are also now doing body scans so the heads have to be rescanned during that process to get the correct sizing and most up to date look. Thinking back on it, he shaved prior to last season and kept it cut the whole time he played, though he's grown back his struggle beard during his rehab. If he keeps it I hope they update it again like last year.

The one person that I really don't like (if he was scanned) is Kyle Anderson. Eh, I might as well throw in Melo16 as well. Wish both of these guys would get a little bit more attention. Yes, his nose, ears, eye brows looks like Kyle Anderson but every single time I see that screenshot, I'm seeing Marco Belineli. ..

My bad. It was user StillFeelMe that posted the NBA2k15 Melo. If I had relabeled both screenshots below with Melo15 as NBA2k16 and Melo16 as NBA2k15, I think the OS community would say "wow" Melo15 is an absolute upgrade.

In the winning trailer, regardless of lighting or angle, you could see Melo16 barely has any definition/details in his face. Melo15 simply screams Carmelo Anthony while Melo16 is ... well, you could see it in the below screen capture. Melo16 has a last gen look to him while Melo15 has a current gen look to him.

I'm simply hoping the winning trailer Melo is from an older build with the older lighting system. I can only hope.

But do you truly believe Melo16 is okay even on 2nd and 3rd passing when compared to Durant16, Curry16, Harden16, Isaiah Thomas16's NBA2k16 facial scans? It's sort of analogous to Gran Turismo and their vehicle models. Gran Turismo has "premium" vehicle (higher scan resolution) and "standard" vehicle (lower scan resolution).

Ahh, before I forget, you're likely going to say we don't really have a Melo16 screenshot so one can't really compare, however in the winning trailer, Curry, Durant, Harden and the other players look pretty much on point. The only one that truly sticks out, graphically face wise that doesn't look like he belong is Melo16. It's very low definition with a lack of facial detail.

Hope your right....like another poster said, he doesn't look in the same class as he other guys....

After Watching Kyle Anderson all Summer League, his scan looks good to me....just hope the rest of the Spurs got some love....

Besides Duncan and a handful of others, seems like we've been looked over...even after we won the ship!!

I know in the Trailer that Nick Young CF was old but I hope he got an update cuz he has a freaky hair style now and a Tupac tattoo

Hopefully a player not being scanned doesn't automatically mean their body and hair can't still look somewhat accurate in game. Both those things have been done well (not with everybody tho) in the past with no scanning.
