I like the fact that the ratings matter. Better players will exploit weaker players. I also like the detail in the game, for instance when you enter the red zone it gets harder to score.

Also I enjoy that the game is balanced. Sometimes plays work, sometimes they don't. In other Maddens the run was useless. Now you can utilize both the run and the pass.

Hopped on and started a fantasy draft CFM. Random draw gave me the Buccaneers and the 18th pick. Always draft as young as possible and defense over offense. Won my season opener against the Titans 24-3 on default All-Pro. The game is very polished for the most part. I like that QBs scramble and throw it away when they have nothing. I held the Titans to 176 yards of total offense, so I might need to beef the CPU offense a bit. They held me in check a lot of the game though. A lot of stuff that worked in past years doesn't work anymore. I'm going to have a ton of fun with this game I think!

EDIT: And I guess my connection to the EA servers dropped, so that game didn't count. That's really annoying.

What does everyone think of the menu? The main thing I don't like is how the 'news' section is so far out of the way.

I like this game, and it is easily the best game since Madden 05. I can see myself playing this later into the year than I have been lately. Fingers are crossed for an equipment update (mouthpieces, single arm sleeves, etc).

Best madden ever but CAN THEY FIX THE BROADCAST MODE? it's all interverted fix the controls with the broadcast mode with a patch

really impressed with madden 16 all ea needs to do is add some cheerleaders and have St. Louis as a relocation city.Best madden i have played

I find the run is useless except to run down the clock...M15 was easy too run in, and M16 I believe is a little too difficult; need a happy medium..

Also feel that zone defense has been toned down; probably M2M is the way to go now..
