That has to do with Tendencies, have nothing to do with Ratings.

not sure what statistics were used, but Harden averages 10.2 FTA

Not true, 2K uses a scale from 25 - 99 to rate players. The NBA won't allow them to rate players below 25 and the rating sealing has always been 99.
