Yup I used WM Dean pro and got two ur Dean fusions. Basically it's on a point system. Ur pro takes 5000 points, single ur takes 2500 points and so on. A WM pro is worth 5000 points, wm single/sv pro are 2500 points, sv single/legend pro are 1250 points, legend single/epic pro are 625 points and so on. So basically you just use the one card to fuse whatever you need. There isn't any wait time for the loyalty fusions, they are instant. It's actually damn cool. Keep in mind there is only a certain amount you can do in each tier. You can only do one ur pro right now so choose carefully.

I get that it's only SR, but still...

And for fusion, you can only do one or the other... Cause when I go into mine, I still have like 22 hours left and no option for the S2 fusion...

Yep, you can only do one ur pro. You can either specifically use the Cena and you'll get back two Cena ur with the same pic as your WM pro, or you can choose random instead and you will get a random ur pro. You don't HAVE to use a wm pro, you can use any combo of cards to get you to 5k points. It's just way easier to use the wm pro and not be bothered though.
