Hey judging from the controls listed this shouldn't be a problem since in shooting it only had using the right analog input and no face buttons

I mean I like the controls and all. Hopefully it's just something they left out. But if they just removed them completely I wouldn't understand. I rarely see ppl do hop steps when I play. But whatever I guess.

Advanced Pick Control: Press and hold L1/LB. Use R1/RB to choose Roll vs. Fade and R1/RB to choose pick side.

Hop gathers are in. So I'm guessing hop step layups isn't going to be a single button command. While driving tap X/square to hop step then X/square to lay it up or shoot depending on were you at. Left stick determines the direction.

No I see that. I don't understand why it's only linked to the button is what I mean.

I'm talking abt actually having it controlled by the shot stick. One of my favorite most immersive control features was using the stick for all moves. I figured it would be linked to the shot stick but apparently not.

I just don't understand the logic honestly.

You still use the X/Square button to shoot.

Stepback Jumper: Move and hold the shot stick away from hoop

Every player use stepback on NBA, so it must be much more easy to use in nba2k
