The NBA Summer League Will be Featured in NBA 2K16

It's good to see this in the the game and makes sense they would release the info now with summer league underway. Like everyone else I'm hoping Its part of my gm and not just single player thing. If it is part of the my gm where you can play with your rookies and other bench players and guys that are young free agents that would be awesome

Really nice to see this feature back in the series. Unfortunately I won't waste a single red cent on this game if some semblance of Crew isn't in 2k16.

I don't get why people liked that mode so much. It was the cheesiest mode of any sports game ever. And so easily exploited. Just a bunch of 7ft point guards running around.

Never saw the appeal.

They really need to just separate career and park.

Career. Create a player. Earn or buy VC to upgrade player.

My Park. Create a different player from career. Earn Park Points to increase attributes. No buying your way to a 99.

The "you can only buy your way to an 85" was B.S people just start a game, foul out. Do this seven times and unlock more upgrades. Too easy to exploit.

Was so much more than that. And a lot of crews knew the "rules" to avoid them altogether. Wasn't that hard. But the 2K servers were as bad as they were now so sometimes you said "f it" and just played.

I wish the servers were up. I would invite you to 2 games with my crew and I am pretty sure you'd change your mind on it. Hope it comes back, but it seems like 2K always does something w/ it to disappoint. It has too much potential.

This info is cool and all but if the CAP sucks again I'll be upset.

The hair is the same as it's always been. Same exact tattoos from the original 2k with iverson on the cover. No way to change leg shape or arm shape it's so ridiculous. I mean I kinda understand changing players shape means you'll have ppl doing crazy stuff with the arms like how ppl make their noses super long on 2k15 but at least let us pick between thin, muscular and fat or SOMETHING.

It would be cool to see bigger players in the park like in real life but all these need to be tied to attributes. If I make a fat player his speed cap should be way lower etc etc. Guess we'll just have to wait for some news on that.

If you simply looked at the bad, I could see why you'd feel that way. But for me, the good would outweigh the bad. I like the custom team/uniforms, the arena ambience, actual NBA rules (INCLUDING TIMEOUTS to disrupt momentum and advance the ball), matchmaking instead of open lobbies, no 'Got Next' bull****, no insane wait times, no purposely breaking the court(s), no insane lag from multiple games going PLUS the morons who either stand around doing nothing, or doing emotes, NO RANDOMS, etc.

Can we stay on topic about the Summer League hype and not start talking about Crew from almost 5 years ago? I'm pretty sure there are a ton of crew threads on OS to discuss that stuff in...or the wishlist thread.
