I find it entertaining that there are people who absolutely love the mode and find no faults at all in it

Some people are just plain stupid. I really don't care how people spend their money but sometimes it's just like Wtf??? This dude is dropping hundreds and hundreds for no reason at all. Did I mention he had a couple of WM Fusion pros?

Re: WWE SuperCard Announced For Mobile Devices, Available Now

I actually think the concept of the event is interesting. It's a variation of Tic-Tac-Toe; however, the inability to know what stats are being played, while it makes sense as a way to introduce a random/swing factor, takes too much away from the strategy that the mode could entail. Imagine building out a deck with specific arrow directions and a strategy for how to attack the board.

You can't really do that very effectively with the stat choices being random. The strategy as it stands is basically putting your worst card in whichever corner is appropriate (if you have mostly up and right arrows, start in the top right) and ensure you can wall off the corner to be yours without being touchable... and from there you have to try and keep expanding your "safe" block, while also keeping in mind you need to keep an arrow that faces outward from whatever edge the final play is going to come down on so you don't get forced to challenge when you don't want to and go from a 6-3 win to a 5-4 loss.

Allowing us to see the stats would make the strategy more interesting and make it a little less about luck. If they did that, I think they could leave the building the card piece by piece part in as it is except that they obviously biased it toward having the piece show up in the last couple games of picks.

I am nearly done my first card, despite having missed very few bouts. I'll be lucky to get 2 cards, and it's because the "clears" are obviously rigged to come at the end to force the most number of games required to get a piece. As it stands, you need to "Double picker" and by game nights to have a realistic chance of getting all 3 cards.

I've done enough clears now that I can show mathematical proof that the card piece doesn't have anywhere near the same chances as the regular board has for a "clear" card. It's up to 99.5% certainty statistically.

It cannot be unintentional either, as the easiest way to code the system would have been to just recycle the prior function and do the new call for the 1-4 rewards. They coded a new board clear system and a new pick system (no energy or boosts drop) for this, and they clearly weighted it heavily to the "you have to pay to complete the event" end of the scale.

Well written essay and you're right. It's an interesting mode and fun to play. However, anyone who thinks the shard drop coding isn't HEAVILY weighted towards the end of the board must be naive. It's far enough into the event where we have significant statistical evidence to show that this is the case. If CD and NWGD deny that, they must think the people who play their games are amazingly stupid.
