Let me answer this for ya....as I found this thread. Myself and stormin2003 gave played this game for YEARS. ..and played with alot of the best. What they have done with this game is a joke

- less golfers
- no team based play. NONE. not even unranked.
-limited control of who you play
-limited control of options

The game is centered around trying to climb some online leader board in head to head modes only. So much for just a friendly game of golf with friends. People are livid too.

I'm officially passing on this game

The wost part is that they're almost all courses that have been in the TW Golf Franchise forever.

For them to say they created them from scratch is BS, cause they obviously used assets they already had in house. If that's the case, why not have MORE of them available?

My understanding is the only "assets" brought over from Tiger were the actual laser-scanned data from the previous courses and new courses like Chambers Bay is ALL new. All new textures and all game art objects (trees, bushes, grass, flags, decking around island greens, tee markers, Golfers, equipment, etc..., had to be rebuilt from scratch due to the transition to the Frostbite 3 engine.

Its people like you that really need to understand how software development works, especially when going from a whole new base like this series has chosen to. They completely switched to Frostbite 3.
