I've spent the past hour plugging away at this time trial. It never felt so good to get a bronze trophy in my life. Frustratingly fun. The times higher up on the leaderboard were insane.

Time trials in this game are great. Community challenges are good too.

Ok, I haven't had a ton of time with the game, probably logged a couple hours of race time so far. I like it a lot so far . I currently have ABS, Stability, and Traction all on. Damage and mechanical failures off. Tire wear and fuel is set to real. I run with a clean screen, no line no nothing. I love how this game lets you turn the hud off and on using the D pad, shift did this also.

For now I'm still learning the game. I'm running solo races against the A.I. , I have them on 60. I run ten laps 19 cars plus myself on the track. I like to start in 20th and work my way though the field. I've won two races , usually finish in the top 5 or just outside the top 5. I find it like most racing games I cruise through the pack fairly easily until I get up to the top five cars, then it's a race. Back and forth, I pass them, they pass me.

My favorite cars are the GT cars, the BMW GT Z4 GT3 and the Ford Zackspeed Capri Group 5 are two of my favorites. Watching the replay of 20 of those Fords on Watkins glen is as real looking as a race on TV. Impressive visuals for sure on the PS4.

Once I get more time in I'll be upping the laps to at least 25 and getting tire and fuel wear so I have to pit at least once or twice per race. I'll be putting some serious time in today. May try out the career mode.

I still think 80 is the best way to go for true to life racing

Swallowed by pride and I turned on the abs, traction and stability aids on. Having a blast... I won't be turning them off until I can use a wheel. AI on 80.

I haven't been able to do anything aside from the quick race at Dubai. How long is the install time? I deleted the game last night to reinstall, but it's still taking forever to install.

I've downloaded the Day One patch, too. Still no dice.

It seemed to have taken a few hours for me. It'll open up everything else once finished

80 is perfect if you are running long races. It's simple... If you drive well, you can be competitive. If you don't, then you won't be. This game is great. Sweaty palms mean I am having fun...

As for the assists, I use the real setting. Cars equipped with the assist systems in real life will have them in game.

Awesome feature!
