Yeah, I read on reddit that there won't be a pre-order but, we will still get the pre-order cars, etc.

In the karts, if you hit the kerbs your car loses all traction and will spin. Gotta stay off them.

Hard to stay on the track, I lose control instantly on turns.

yeah, the Karts do not like the curbs at all. The AI seem to do fine on them though.
