Question: No matter what season you are in, does it start you off in spring training of 2015? What if you were halfway through a 2014 season and load it up into mlb 15? What if you were in 2016? What about your previous statistics?

To be honest I'm not sure why people are so confused about this. All that happens is your save file transfered over. Why would it feature trades that happened in the real world? how would that even work? or make sense?

it's everything just like you left it in 14, with the exception of retired players (will be replaced with a generic face, I believe) and the updated equipment.

I saved to the Cloud on the PS3. Then i try to upload from cloud on the PS4 and it says there is no data. I will try again tomorrow and see if it is just a release date thing.

One thing I'm really hoping to find out about, if we carry over a franchise save from MLB 14, do we have to have GM goals active? Or can they be disabled?

Yes. I used the upload to cloud in the save menu.

We're waiting to see when the game officially goes live to see if that matters.
It's the only thing I can think of that would cause this.
