I used ustream to stream my game last night. Not sure if ustream has the same policies as twitch, but that is another option for you. Once I heard twitch was banning/suspending accounts, i decided to use ustream.

Never really use Ustream so I forgot to enable archiving before I started streaming so I don't have any archived footage of my stream.

Yeah, I figured as much and said so many pages ago. They are inconsistent at times but they will shut off the stream and shut you down if you broadcast before release if they catch it.

You can see it happen almost every weekend before a major new release. This past weekend some people got away with Bloodborne streams and others got shut down.

I think the closer to the weekend we get the closer they will be watching out for it. People usually don't get a game a full week earlier than release and it is usually the weekend before that they will catch people broadcasting.
