Are they still getting the Pitch f/x data from MLB Gameday?
And will we see more correct pitch repertoires for pitchers (ie. Michael Wacha throws a straight change (circle change), previous versions of the game he had the other Changeup that had the split break)
Same for others pitches that have a variety of breaks and movement

I have to say I'm most excited for the graphical improvements, especially the photo-realistic rendering system for stadiums. I'm a huge graphics guy, so that's what I'm most looking forward to. In that too are the changes to the grass and dirt. I'm curious to see what they did.

For the retractable roof issue (since it was the number one thing I was looking for before I saw the fact sheet), I will say I understand it and why it's not in there yet. In no way is it a game breaker for me, as I'm sure it's a space issue. I obviously would have rather seen that than the minor league stadiums since I play Franchise, but hey, maybe I'll test out RTTS this year and actually go deeper with it.

I have complete faith in SCEA, and I would buy the game each year without question. It is the one game I always budget to buy over any other.

I'm not saying to create a retractable roof. Having an animated, retractable roof would require ridiculous memory and probably cause the game to play at 2 FPS. I'm saying create 2 different versions of a stadium, one with a roof, one without.

This is the only thing mentioned about pitch break. Dynamic pitch breaks: Allows for more realistic pitch recognition when batting

This would be perfect... That's how Madden has it.

Yeah. I don't care about an animated roof. Just one open and one closed.

Yeah, this was my thinking. That's all I would ever need to see is one version of each, like Madden has done for awhile. I guess that is the only thing that I question is what makes it difficult to do that? I wouldn't think you have to create it from the ground up (like a new minor league stadium) since you already have one model, just change the roof. Which leads me to believe it is an issue with lighting all of the sudden changing since it doesn't have natural light or it's just too big of a stadium file size to have on a disk and it would limit other areas of the game.

Like I've said, not a game breaker by any means and never would be. I'm purely just curious for the sake of being curious and wanting knowledge.
