Hoping team/player celebrations are real time and not cut scenes - even more disappointing was when they would occur last year after a game winning hit and the crowd was sitting around like nothing had happened

I hope it gets fixed. It kind of destroys the immersion in an otherwise nearly flawless game presentation-wise.
