Actually it wouldn't you need to join a club anyways to unlock club cars. Because it's broke up in 2 sections, you have drivers cars and club cars. Yes you will be able to use them offline as well. I'll add you brah!

So question is there no way to select snow in this game? Can you only select precepetion but cant chose if you want it to snow or if you want it to be rain? What am I missing?

It depends on the location. If you select tracks in Norway (for instance), with precipitation, it will be in the form of snow.

You can do it on the the single race gamemodes
