The video game industry has it pretty good. They can do something like this and there are no consequences. Just sit back in silence, or say I don't know, release it whenever, and there is no one to call them out in a meaningful way. No one to say loudly and publicly, "This is bull****."

Came out the same day, patch was just released a few hrs apart.

Why are people giving 2k grief about the patch not being released, 2k submitted the patch last week. It's a MS and Sony Europe issue, take it up with them

Because when people ask them they've said if they had the patch it would be out. Tell 2K what they said and 2K says they already submitted it..

No clarification on the topic, just rumors because of the quietness.
