There's really no reason to play the game without the ini. Grab ver2.8, apply my sliders and you're all set. The ini won't break anything regarding the gameplay improvements of this title update.

Surely there are better uses for your time.

Anyways, back on topic. I only played 1 game, but it did feel different. Much more passing and CPU players looking for space rather than constantly making runs. Also, it seemed like my defenders were more frequently in the right place if I left it to the CPU AI. Am I just experiencing placebo effect?

Man, I played 1 half and the CPU took 3 long range shots. Haven't had enough time to comment accurately on your other gripes (which are also my gripes), but they have improved the long range shooting for sure.

They have definitely increased long range shooting tendencies for the CPU, as I stated in the post above, in which I replied to the wrong post (my bad fearwhatnow).

For me the biggest issue is in Career Mode with youth academy players physical stats not growing. You could find a great striker, but he will be super slow so you can't do anything with him. Very frustrating! I think that needs to be patched and fixed.

This is why I've played NBA2k15 at a rate of 50-1 compared to FIFA15.

The same issues linger from year after year after year. Is FIFA15 fun, sure, it you are willing to suspend reality for an hour or 2.

And for the record, I've posted many YT vids showcasing the things FIFA15 does well (as well as the "crap" it does bad).....yet I never see one thing from you (or similar posters) that backups the game being great. Show me. Post a vid of the CPU passing back to their keeper. Post a vid of the CPU building up play carefully through midfield. Post a vid of your CPU teammates actually defending like a proper defender.

In fact, here is a great example of my keeper Lloris losing his mind (post latest patch) against arsenal with a 4-3 lead in the 95'. Explain what is good about this vid? Tell me? I should have ejected the disc and snapped it in half.

I've got a video processing that shows a few of the new improvements. YouTube is slow as molasses right now. I'm sorry, but this game is vastly improved.
