I've only played exhibition games to this point. Frankly I don't know how anyone can start a ML when the stamina in this game is flat out broken. I'm playing on both PC & PS 4 and seeing the same thing. What good is the gameplay if you can't enjoy it in a career?

The stamina issue is greatly resolved once you reduce the use of the sprint button, slide tackles etc,

I've tried not to use the sprint button too much after the first couple of games but that does very little. Players are still tiring way too quickly. I read someone mention even their GK getting tired, so unless he is sprinting halfway across the pitch this is inexcusable and needs to be addressed.

That is strange, I haven't encounter loss of stamina in such scale. Maybe it differs from team to another or based on the stats of the players for each team. I have been playing master league with villarreal and yes between few games you have to rest certain players but generally speaking the players with strong physical attributes and higher stamina seem to be oK. I have read a couple of article about the importance of building the right team and choosing the right players that are a good fit your tactics and required work rate. The game seem to be very deep in that aspect.

If your defensive pressure is set to aggressive your players will tire more quickly. Setting it to conservative may help.

Doing coach mode on Copa Libertadores with S.D. Quito vs Athletico Mineiro, and wow....the difference between the play style is totally different with these south American teams, more open play, more risk taking it seems as compared to the European teams. I could tell right off the bat the difference, just amazing how Konami was able to do this.

Re: PES 2015 Available Now, Day One Patch Details - Post Your Impressions Here

I'm thinking of giving this game a real shot(only played the demo)

I was playing FIFA 15 today and I just can't stand how the opponent AI plays the same way every game, every team, every player. Every player just wants to hog the ball in midfield until they absolutely have to pass it and then slowly work their way up doing the same thing..no long passes,no through balls, just bull**** 90th minute goals from headers...it's so boring. This was in career mode and because of this I don't even feel like playing through it anymore. I'll just stick to online for now..where there's also plenty of frustration. ..but not as much as single player.

In the PES demo I noticed during a game once that when I went on a full on attack and failed to score the opponent AI immediately saw the chance to counter attack and the goalie quickly long passed the ball to Ronaldo..he and Bale quickly worked their way up and damn near scored..I was caught completely off guard. It was great. There's been other instances where the opponent AI is just really aware of whats going on and are keeping me on my toes. I've NEVER seen the AI do that in FIFA, sadly.

And that was just a DEMO. The player movement will take some getting used to but I think I'm gonna pick this up.

I'll probably still keep FIFA though but if 16 is the same way..I'm done with EA.
