EA absolutely should bring in lifelong players to help with the development process. I'm over it now, as a 30-something, but as someone who's played and yelled at every iteration of NCAA football and basketball game, dating back 20 years now, plus extensive gameplay so many other sports sims, I've always wanted a more hardcore sim setting for every game (may the AI of the defensive backs in college football games rest in peace). It's nice to see dedicated guys like Matt and Orion getting some love for their passion and dedication, and I wish EA had more guys like this actually making the game in the first place.

Great to see some coverage for a overlooked sub-community at Operation Sports. Good job guys!

One of the biggest flaws Matt mentioned in the interview (the zonal/man to man marking mess) is one of the biggest advantages in the new PES. This one is a huge problem in FIFA because it affects the whole gameplay and tactics.
