Because he's not in the league. He doesn't have a contract. None of the other European players that where drafted that don't have contracts are in either. ie. Vasilije Micić, Nikola Jokić

Mirza Teletovic shot 39% from 3 last year while taking 9 3PA per 36 min. This year he's shooting 50% on 3s while taking the same amount. The guy is an elite shooter, can he get some sort of boost or badge?
