Many places near me always gave me trouble when doing anything like that. Even price matching, returning games or anything else was also troublesome to do, so don't bother with these things anymore.

And I'm getting NBA on the day WWE comes out, so don't know which store I'll even get it at yet(I'd rather just go to 1 and get both,than going to 2 diff stores).

So whats the best way to go about getting the extra storylines if I don't want to get the digital version? I'm definitely going to preorder, I am just confused as to what characters come with what preorder exclusives.

The only preorder exclusives are Sting and Hogan. Hogan, if you're going disc, is (at this point) only available in the Hulkamania edition which may or may not be sold out.
