I rather wait until there is a Wireless XBone Controller. My 360 Pad is already falling apart, but I rather buy another 360 Pad than a Playstation Pad. I heared very bad things about them.

With all accessories and a Windows license to buy, i.e. completely from scratch, you can't really. Upgrading an existing semi-modern PC, possibly.

Even if you could build an entirely new PC for the same cost as a console, it's pointless to try and achieve because the whole point of PC is that you have access to hardware beyond the level of consoles, why would you want to build something that's practically the same specs as a console? May as well just buy a console.

I have an old Creative surround system. It's so old I can't remember what it is. But I love having full sound with my games. It's just like watching a good action movie. You need the subwoofer rumbling!
