The point is no two games/season will be the same. So being slightly below or slightly above the average depending on who's in the game would be "realistic" not sure how or why anybody would say it's not. I mean we could go back and forward about what's realistic but if there's never been a game in the history of the league with less than 5 offensive rebound and in the game all the teams average less than 5 ORB that's just isn't realistic. People feeling about what is taking place on the court will be illogically impacted by a lot of things, but the numbers won't have the same illogical emotions on what they feel.


If I play Live at the highest level 12 min quarters and the stats are on par for all the real nba stats, as far as points in the paint, rebounds, fouls, dunks, 3pt %'s, blocks, steals, travel calls, flagrant, turnovers, etc. Why would I need sliders?

Like I'm trying to point out to Albert realistic is a pretty concrete concept. If you follow the numbers. Of course every season is different and should have some variation, but the numbers don't lie. If a game consistently gives you numbers that mimic real NBA games/seasons isn't that indeed realistic for everybody not just you or me or some other person?

Definite improvement over 14 which I played a lot of. Love the way the ball bounced off the rim and in on the last clip of LeBrons jumper. Looks good, can't wait to try it along with 2k15.

While this is bad news, those gameplay videos actually look pretty decent. The player movement and spacing looks pretty solid and it's nice to see the players attempt to get open even without you controlling it. LeBron's jumper looked spot on and Harden's drive was pretty nice. The animation was a little wonky, but it's Live, the game looks wonky all the time. I don't think all hope is lost, but the outlook is bleak. Hopefully they can pull it together because I really do want to see Live make a comeback.

TBH it looks like a decent alternative and it definitely resembles Live 10 way more than 14. With that said, that's sad because they should be way beyond 10 instead of just trying to replicate that 5 years later. They added 500 animations, and you can clearly tell by how much more smoother and lifelike things move versus last year, but they have a ways to go when the other game is claiming to add 1000's EACH YEAR. If Live 10 would've been the base and they just added on like 2k is doing, I can only imagine where Live would be at this point, but we have what we have. It isn't bad and it isn't great and it looks like something I'll definitely like to try because I saw some really good things here that replicate real ball I just can't get elsewhere. The Harden hesitation, overall footplanting & player movement is crazy.
The delay is disappointing, but am I shocked, not in the least. I've come to expect it the last few years which is sad. But, I could care less if I play a decent BBall game. I just feel people wouldn't be so hard on them if they would've just announced the release date as Oct. 28 from jump OR just held on to the release date info until they knew for sure and announced it a little later than usual like they did with Lillard as Cover Boy.

Relying solely on synergy didn't work last year...and I doubt it will this year....sliders and roster editing need to be in next years game, period..we can make excuses for the absence of these features all day...but it's ridiculous they're not in the game...

Fortunately, I think they know that...

If I'm not mistaken those 500 animations where just for drives in the paint.

That's kind of my point. Sliders are necessary because things aren't right in other areas.
