This right here. One of the realest post I have read in a long time. I remember them days in which I had to pick and choose things because of my finances. Just keep working hard and pick your spots man with your money. Eventually you will get in a situation in which you can get a game cause you want it, not cause you're on a budget. I remember them days very well. Just keep on doing what your doing bro.

How does the game look compared to NBA 2K14, MLB 14 the show and madden 15?

Does the fatigue effect slider actually work on hardcore style? Seem like it only worked on High Impact style last year.

id compare it to madden. it looks good. actually in all honesty it looks real good. EA struggles with player faces however sometimes it seems to me. they definetly have no idea how to create a player with blue or green eyes. anyone with light eye color looks like the walking dead to me.

ok I messed around with some sliders. they are kinda all over the place. menus could definetly be set up better. Now the things I noticed should be taken with a grain of salt because im not a hardcore player so me being bad at the game probably has some influence. I havent really played much of this series last couple years.
first I have the penalty slider maxed but I noticed some other penalty sliders under the general setting and I maxed those to. 1st period I had 6 penalties only 1 against the cpu 5 against me but 2 of the 5 were my cpu teammates. so that seemed promising.

I knocked shot accuracy down a notch for wristers and slapshots and im getting a nice mix of missed shots which feels realistic.

I knocked pass accuracy down and pass intercept up. im getting a fair mix of intercepts plus a few bouncing or rolling pucks. I did however score a goal on a pass across the crease that probably shouldnt have made it through. gonna try a nother notch next game for both.

I drop hit power down 1 and im seeing a little more knocking players a little off instead of laying them out but its still a little over powered iny opinion. gonna knock that down one more next game.

I am having some fun with this I gotta say. some real wow moments but a few WTF ones as well. probably helps I havent played much of the series lately and again im pretty bad so some of this might be skewed but I thought id share what ive noticed.

I'm confused if AHL is in the game at all for *XBONE/PS4*. I seen on the demo and some of the YT streams that when you go to pick your team, it gives you the option that if you hit (Y) you can get a random league. Just wondering since this is my first year getting into NHL, so forgive me if this is or sounds like a stupid question.

The league is in the game. You just can't use it in any mode other than play now exhibition games.

Thanks I appreciate it, I couldn't find anything on this 100%. Honestly, I'm quite surprised they included the minors in this game with what's been cut already.
