NBA 2K15 Wishlist

I liked the greatest games mode. I would like to see an actual mode of some sort for the classic teams again......or possibly allow the option to include young versions of classic players in the drafts in my league. It would be nice see a young.....Bird or Tim hardaway or whomever show up in draft scouting. Maybe have 2-3 tier 1 players, 4-9 tier 2 players etc each draft year.

- The ability to do a season mode and have rosters (as in trades, signings, injuries etc.) synched with real life dates - i.e; NBA Today but in the form of a recordable season. This way you play the season as your actual team did in real life.


- When you have the ball with certain big men, the screen button has a different function (you would never see someone set a screen for Joakim Noah)...... the function would then become a hand off/nearest wing player run around function. This would really open up free lance offense and prevent any moments of getting "stuck" with the ball in the hands of a big....


- Subbing prompts. At dead balls it prompts if you want to make a sub - say in reaction to the opponents (Lebron comes on, so you sub in J.Butler to defend) - or at least better allowance for the quick sub feature. Sometimes I feel rushed to make them. Make that more user friendly


- Better inbounds plays. This would make game endings much more playable!


- Offensive and defensive schemes which are attached to coaches. I know this is somewhat in there, but it could be stronger. Defensively especially (i.e; Bulls no middle defensive scheme)


- Better match up strategy. Cavs sending LeBron to D.Rose if he's causing trouble. Butler being assigned to LeBron by default (despite them not playing the same position). Things of this nature - and to attach to a previous point, to see the CPU make subs in counter mine if I put KD back in (for example) with their best defender to suit.


- Better subbing when foul trouble is happening. In 2K14 I managed to get the CPUs Lebron fouled out in the 3rd! Needless to say, I won the game.....


- Lastly, and this is a small, silly one. Better net animations. The net moves like it's in slow motion. It needs to move faster to be specific.

For those that like using all gold lineups, gold tournaments are available...

How about all classic teams team up. I think it would be more fun than playing and having to be someone like robin Lopez.

Alright, here we go. Many of this is geared towards 2K16, since 2K15 is basically done.

- Get your VC out of my Singleplayer!!!! If I want to play an offline MyCareer, let me! Let all players be free on Blacktop. Blacktop is for entertainment only. As far as I know, it doesn't connect with any other modes directly, doesn't give off any achievements, and definitely should have nothing to do with VC.

- Bring the D-League back. Make sure there's commentary for it, though. Maybe a second team. No commentary in the D-League games kind of ruins the feel.

- Incorporate the Euro-teams more. Let me sign with an overseas team in MyCareer if I want. Add them in MyTeam, MyLeague and MyGM as well. Wwe could acquire those players in packs or send drafted rookies to them.

- CPUvCPU in every game mode except for MyCareer and MyTeam. (Or wherever else it's not applicable.) CPU Blacktop would be awesome!

- Create a Team better be back, 2K!

- Create a Legend too. That would be awesome.

- Expansion Drafts in MyLeague? You're already adding all this cool stuff, this should fit in well to. At the beginning of each year we should be asked if we want to make an expansion for the coming year, just like when we're asked how the draft should be handled. Please?

- Create a Jersey? This is an idea I had for a while. Empty jersey slots. Give us the option to customize the colors of blank team jerseys. (With the name of the team we chose on the front of course.) We could use blank NBA team jerseys (Which would be all white pre-customizing) as a base if we wish.

- Option to play as a female. It hasn't happened yet, but I want to be able to create a female if I want to. Like Ann Meyers. Not in MyCareer, though. I know you guys are too lazy to add an entire different set of voices. I wouldn't be upset if it wasn't there, though. On old gen, I've made some 'okay' feminine created players with what's given.

- Make an Ouya version! Just kidding.

- Oh yeah, and Crew for current gen.

If 2K did everything I said there eventually, that'd be amazing! I'd have to spend some time off if so.

So for myCareer Im hearing you are going to be a undrafted Rookie and you have to try out for a team, this would be pretty cool if this is true.

Tone down the ability to steal the ball after rebounds or bring back the ability to swing your elbows like in the original 2k.
The amount of turnovers because of the inability to protect the ball after a rebound is ridiculous...

- No more canned animations. I can't tell you how many times someone in My Team has brought a guy like James Harden to the free throw line and went into a dunk animation that would drive my center back 5 steps.

- Get rid of the horibble layup animaton where the attacker makes contact at the basket and then under hands it with 3 other guys staring at him. I'm sorry, anyone with a quarter of a brain would just laugh and stick his hand out and swat it. This shouldn't even be an option.

- Tone down the 3 point/Dunk percentages. Force teams to take actual jump shots. - Tone down the momentum swings. I can't recall the amount of times i've called a timeout after a team goes on a 6-0 run (me playing at home), yet they come out and still continue to pour it on. I've called 2-3 timeouts after a 6-0, 10-0, 12-0 run...and it didn't make a difference.

- Allow us to team up with individuals in a lobby prior to joining a park. Make VC easier to earn and more valuable when you complete an achievement. Also, make the packs cheaper. There is no reason why it costs 45K for one gold pack. It's a bit ludicrous.
