I just pre ordered mine on the psn. It says I would be able to play on August 25th at 9 pm. I don't know if they're talking about my time zone. I'm central.

If your Central, it should be 11PM

Only thing I can see gamestop doing is having a bunch of download codes available to them to sell for the game from MS & Sony.

In other words, this happens...

you go to the checkout @ gamestop store and ask for to buy a digital copy of Madden 15.

the clerk asks you for which system..xbox one or PS4 (previous generations may be available as well).

You chose your system and the clerk will take your money and the code to download the game for that system will be on your receipt.

I thought it was strange too. But yes you can order the digital download from gamestop. I ordered the digital download for the last of us instead. The gave me a 12 digit code you just place it where you redeem codes at the PS store. The only thing is for the madden game you have to wait until 9 am on the 26th to start downloading game.

Actually I was talking about going to the gamestop website and ordering. That's how I ordered.
