Incredibly on M12 blocked FG's were possible and it was nerfed on the first patch. It was a tad over powering from the edge and then they just shut it down all together.

It sucks it is impossible. I have not seen them in like forever. I too know it is so rare...but it does happen. Especially on the longer low trajectory FG attempts. And blocked punts do still happen from time to time as well.

Man, I am pumped.

1 - Glad the XB1 version looks to be really close to the PS4 version

2 - I love the new perspective from the zoom cam.

3 - Gameplay looks really solid

Sadly, I won't be able to take advantage of Early Access since I will be on vacation next week. Can't wait for early impressions, though.

Blocked punts are also something non existent in Madden anymore.

Just FYI, all of the videos from GoodGameBro were captured from Xbox One. Can't confirm the rest of them, ATM.

Re: Madden NFL 15 Gameplay Videos - Day 1

5:30 of the Jets/Pats video is some pretty bad "swerve" running. Kick return guy slightly moves to the inside then cuts like 70 degrees to the outside without slowing down at all. Then he jukes back to the inside. It's the classic exploit kick return to try and suck the CPU AI defenders inside so your blockers pick them up and you get the outside.

Easily one of my biggest issues with the game. Overall I'm pretty happy with the videos but that continues to be something that sticks out like a sore thumb. It's just not possible for guys to cut on a dime without losing any speed. I saw several instances of ball carriers making unreal cuts without slowing down and without using jukes.

In 2013 Romo's TD:INT ratio in the 4th quarter was 10:4 and his QB rating as 105.6, and he has more 4th quarter comebacks than any other active QB over the past three seasons, but that's neither here nor there.

I'm happy with the game I'm seeing. The 26th can't get here soon enough!
