Awesome idea. As with anything to be input into the game there should be a slider allowing this functionality off or on. I see the lessons behind this as a teaching tool for young men. I would like to see questions asked at the end of games or end of week randomly. How the players handles a loss, a win, a questionable dirty hit, Coaches decision and so on as we all know what a player says or does in the locker room also has an affect on the game and the Coaches and Players around him. At the end of weeks sure why not does the player go home and relax, party, takes a trip to Las Vegas, massage therapy sessions, work out private, maybe visit the home of a NFL legend, or appear in Studio bringing highlights during halftime of another team in your division playing.

Implemented properly this could be VALUABLE and FUN and yeah heart breaking and discouraging if your team is affect but that is LIFE!

If the NFL and these other leagues don't want their names "tarnished" with having stuff like this in games, how about they do something to fix it.
