I believe that's because of the control/break on some of his pitches.

This is a prime example of why Overalls don't mean as much as some believe they do. It is completely based on his break and control

Would it be possible for you guys to give an idea of how to scale different ratings when editing draftee's?

"If SCEA rates their contactvR @75, decrease to 61" or

"If SCEA rates running speed x, decrease by 11%"

So we would have a better idea of how to nerf the new draftclasses?

What I'm curious about is... Say we want to trade or it's the offseason and we want to sign some players... If we can't base it on overalls is there any specific things we should be looking at?

For trading, you can refer to the Trade & Realism Spreadsheet thread here at the boards. There's a link to the actual spreadsheet in my sig

Willard asked me to share a pm, so that all the amazing contributors would get a well deserved thank you:

It took some convincing, however I believe it keeps us alert and is simply impossible for me to replicate given the time investment. I followed your posts on my phone and admittedly felt a bit like a kid when I saw them up. Thank you so much, you have a very grateful group of baseball fans in Colorado. You brighten our spirits and keep us focused sir.

A huge thank you to everyone involved. It's the things that one human does for another that make life.

You're right. Gotta renew my MS Office license! I'll do that tonight. The spreadsheet is on my SkyDrive. I'll have it up and running in a couple of hours when I get home from work
